HELVETING is organised line-wise in five business units which assume the responsibility of execution for the customer projects.

Various staff departments (Quality management, business development, finances, human resource management, customer advisory service and marketing) complete the lines.

Competence centres as nodal points in our knowledge network

Our wide range of knowledge is fostered uniformly across all business units in more than 12 competence centres. They are the backbone of our knowledge management. Knowhow leaders account for our competence centres and ensure that our knowledge stays up-to-date. The lessons learned from our projects are added to the current knowledge by our competence centres and remain in our organisation.
